What is the IVHF Nationwide Charity Ride & Run?
The IVHF Nationwide Charity Ride & Run is a fully supported, fundraising event for motorcyclists, bike riders, runners, and walkers that includes avid enthusiasts, weekend warriors, and novices. Choose the ride or run option that best suits you.
Where does the IVHF Nationwide Charity Ride & Run Take Place?
The Virtual Rides will take place either indoors on a trainer or an outdoor route of your choice. There will be three physical charity Motorcycle Rides taking place in the following locations: Holyoke, Massachusetts (October 25, 2020), Greater Orlando, Florida (October 24), Greater Houston, Texas (October 24, 2020).

What are the age requirements?
All participants must be at least 13 years of age to participate.
How long is the route?
Routes vary by location. Virtual participants will be able to choose their own custom route options. Visit the schedule & locations page for dates and details.
How do I register?
To register, visit the schedule & locations page to select a ride or virtual event.
I want to register. Is there a fundraising commitment?
There is a registration fee for all in-person and virtual events but fundraising beyond that is OPTIONAL. We encourage you to ask for donations to support your participation though it is not required.
How much is it to register?

Can I cancel my registration?
Registrations are non-refundable though they may be transferred. Email ride@volleyhall.org to confirm your transfer of funds.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, no pets allowed at our in-person events. Service animals are allowed where applicable by law. You may involve your pet any way you wish for the virtual events.

Do I need to be an experienced rider or runner to participate?
Not at all! We welcome riders and runners of all skill and fitness levels.
Do I have to commit to certain mileage?
In-person events will list the route length before you sign up. When you register for a virtual event, you'll complete your own custom route and mileage.
Is there a minimum age to participate?
You must be at least 13 years of age to participate.
Do I need to wear a helmet and carry a water bottle on my motorcycle or bicycle?
Please follow all local regulations and laws for the location of your ride. We strongly encourage all riders to wear a helmet and carry a water bottle or hydration pack.
What kind of motorcycle or bicycle do I need?
You can use any street legal motorcycle or bicycle you are comfortable riding on!
What is the cancellation policy?
Notify Ride staff immediately if you know you can't participate by emailing ride@volleyhall.org. Your registration fee is non-refundable though it may be transferred by emailing ride@volleyhall.org.

100% of registration proceeds and donations go to the International Volleyball Hall of Fame and Our Military Kids.
How do I make a donation online?
Click the "Donate" button on the bottom of any Ride page and follow the prompts.
Is the International Volleyball Hall of Fame a 501(c)(3)?
Yes.
Is my registration/donation tax deductible and if so, when will I receive a tax receipt?
Yes. You will receive an email receipt immediately. If you make a donation by check, you will receive acknowledgement by mail or email.
