Join us for a scenic motorcycle ride in Western Massachusetts!
The International Volleyball Hall of Fame (IVHF) will host its Western Massachusetts Charity Ride on August 6, 2022 to honor volleyball’s history and Veterans at the Holyoke Soldiers' Home.
The event is a collection of group or individual motorcycle rides paired with virtual bike rides and runs which directly impacts the programming and offerings of the IVHF and OMK, as 100% of dollars raised will support the missions of each organization.
The IVHF is partnering with Our Military Kids for this event to help raise funds to provide support to military families. OMK provides grants for extracurricular activities for children of deployed National Guard and Reserve service members as well as children whose military parent is severely injured and in recovery. The activities reduce stress, improve school performance, raise self-esteem, and boost the well-being for the entire family.
Located in Holyoke, Massachusetts - the city where volleyball was born, the International Volleyball Hall of Fame is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to honoring, preserving and promoting the game of volleyball at every level – men and women, amateur and professional players, coaches and contributors, both domestically and internationally. The Hall of Fame museum is home to more than 140 inductees from 24 different countries and over 5,000 square feet of volleyball history. Thousands of people visit the Hall of Fame museum each year to learn about the game and experience the exhibits. Best known for its annual marquee Induction Celebration honoring the game’s elite, the Hall of Fame also operates over a dozen youth, high school and collegiate clinics and competitions annually.
